Why does the Left seem to win.....?

I saw this here and I had wondered "why does the left seem to win despite supporting the most morally bankrupt system in history, they seem to always come out on top.  I read this and it helped explain a bit of it.  I am sure there is more here than the article shows, but it is a start.    The pics are from google and my stash in my folder.

typical_leftist_victory
W.M. Briggs asks why the Right is in constant retreat in the face of those we could easily defeat:
Why does the Left always win? Easiest answer in the world! They fight. They shoot to kill. They hang traitors. They do not retreat unless faced with overwhelming forces. They say “The hell with the rules.”
…Instead of fighting, we surrender apologetically when pushed, and as we fade we mouth words about accompanying people on their “spiritual journey” or “My Constitution guarantees free speech.”

He captures the basics. The following might be a useful expansion on his diagnosis without changing his prescription:
  • The Left is unreasonable. The Right strives for an orderly, polite and morally good society. For that reason, they tend to think that other people are inclined toward being reasonable as well. The Left on the other hand views civilization as its enemy because the Left aspires to replace civilization because it views civilization without Leftism as the antithesis of good. Rightists will try to appeal to Leftists’ better natures, make compromises and keep order, which only strengthens the Left by legitimizing them and giving them a healthier society to parasitize.

  • The Left is unrealistic. The Right cares about the consequences of its actions; the Left cares about the ideological appearance and social popularity of its actions, and this concern displaces any cares about consequences in reality. This liberates Leftists from the additional burden of knowing anything about what they are doing. Their one mode of thought is to say something that other people like to hear, and then using the power of the group, to force it to be implemented.

  • The Left appeals to monkey dynamics. Leftists ideas are more socially correct than Rightist ideas, because the ideal of the Left is equality and the Right favors hierarchy, and social situations value only universal inclusion so that the members of that social group can feel stable because there is no tension, competition or conflict. This is an illusion but one that humans can no more resist than magpies can turn away from shiny objects. The idea of everyone being included and having a share makes humans have warm happy feelings inside — this is actually their brains turning off and their bodies preparing for animal death, as if recognizing the triumph of a predator — and so they will choose it every time. This is why any social group which is not policed by a hierarchy will drift Leftward.

  • The Left recognizes no distinction between war and peace. Rightists will never understand that for the Leftist, ideology is all. It is how they socialize, organize their thinking, justify any self-esteem they have, and find other people. It is their reason for existing. Often it is the only thing that makes them feel good besides drugs, drink and sex. Since the high does not last, they pursue it compulsively. Since it must be right for them to feel good, any dissent or non-conformity is viewed as competition and rigorously pursued so the Leftist can feel good again. Therefore, the Leftist is always at war, and has no patriotism or loyalty to heritage because Leftism is organized in benefit of the individual and rejects any larger organization system, with an exception made for the herd because a crowd enforces individual rights by removing accountability.

  • Leftists base their self-image on total victory, not decency. Rightists like to think that they are appreciated for their strong, sober, wise and measured moral presence. Leftists have no such illusion. They know that people respect that which they fear, and that which gives them handouts, and they achieve this by installing a struggle toward ultimate victory. This forces everyone in the group into conformity and justifies lavish lifestyles for those sacrificing their time to the war effort.

In the future, if humanity survives, volumes will be written about the psychology of Leftism. It is an individualistic genre that manifests through collectivism because collectives are built around the idea of every individual having an equal part and reward. This creates a semi-suicidal mentality because life can only be lived through external factors, denying the inner parts of the human psychology, which creates robotic, zombie-like ideological warriors for whom life is misery and the only respite is found through destroying enemies.

Rifle owners as seen by other rifle owners

I was at camp and ran across this picture and got a laugh out of it.  I tried to post it while I was at camp and wasn't able to pull up the picture in my gallery I had posted something a while back about the comparisons between the 3 rifles....almost like the thing I did with the smart phones, I gotta find that one and put it out there.  I have fired all three versions, and still own 2 versions.  I am sure people have seen this before, but I though it was good for a laugh.

There's an ever present, unending debate over which is best, ARs or AKs, raging across the internet and in gun shops every day sending bile and bitter insults spewing both ways. This debate has turned fathers against sons, best friends against one another, and........well you get the point. The author is of the opinion that there are of course pros and cons to each family of rifle, and I refuse to engage in what is "best". As one who loves them all, especially the AK and AR series, I thought I'd pass on some of the knowledge I have gained over the years concerning these wildly different weapons. As a bonus, I'll toss in my knowledge of another favorite family of weapons at the Bunker, just because they are very popular these days and I often ramble about them. So, here, for the aid of those hammering one another in the debate, is some unbiased, non-slanted, untainted raw knowledge about the AK, the AR, and the Mosin Nagant.

Stuff you know if you have an AK Stuff you know if you have an AR Stuff you know if you have a Mosin Nagant
It works though you have never cleaned it. Ever. You have $9 per ounce special non-detergent synthetic Teflon infused oil for cleaning. It was last cleaned in Berlin in 1945.
You are able to hit the broad side of a barn from inside. You are able to hit the broad side of a barn from 600 meters. You can hit the farm from two counties over.
Cheap mags are fun to buy. Cheap mags melt. What's a mag?
Your safety can be heard from 300 meters away. You can silently flip off the safety with your finger on the trigger. What's a safety?
Your rifle comes with a cheap nylon sling. Your rifle has a 9 point stealth tactical suspension system. You rifle has dog collars.
Your bayonet makes a good wire cutter. Your bayonet is actually a pretty good steak knife. Your bayonet is longer than your leg.
You can put a .30" hole through 12" of oak, if you can hit it. You can put one hole in a paper target at 100 meters with 30 rounds. You can knock down everyone else's target with the shock wave of your bullet going downrange.
When out of ammo your rifle will nominally pass as a club. When out of ammo, your rifle makes a great wiffle bat. When out of ammo, your rifle makes a supreme war club, pike, boat oar, tent pole, or firewood.
Recoil is manageable, even fun. What's recoil? Recoil is often used to relocate shoulders thrown out by the previous shot.
Your sight adjustment goes to "10", and you've never bothered moving it. Your sight adjustment is incremented in fractions of minute of angle. Your sight adjustment goes to 12 miles and you've actually tried it.
Your rifle can be used by any two bit nation's most illiterate conscripts to fight elite forces worldwide. Your rifle is used by elite forces worldwide to fight two bit nations' most illiterate conscripts. Your rifle has fought against itself and won every time.
Your rifle won some revolutions. Your rifle won the Cold War. Your rifle won a pole vault event.
You paid $350. You paid $900. You paid $59.95.
You buy cheap ammo by the case. You lovingly reload precision crafted rounds one by one. You dig your ammo out of a farmer's field in Ukraine and it works just fine.
You can intimidate your foe with the bayonet mounted. You foes laugh when you mount your bayonet. You can bayonet your foe on the other side of the river without leaving the comfort of your hole.
Service life, 50 years. Service life, 40 years. Service life, 100 years, and counting.
It's easier to buy a new rifle when you want to change cartridge sizes. You can change cartridge sizes with the push of a couple of pins and a new upper. You believe no real man would dare risk the ridicule of his friends by suggesting there is anything but 7.62x54r.
You can repair your rifle with a big hammer and a swift kick. You can repair your rifle by taking it to a certified gunsmith, it's under warranty! If your rifle breaks, you buy a new one.
You consider it a badge of honor when you get your handguards to burst into flames. You consider it a badge of honor when you shoot a sub-MOA 5 shot group. You consider it a badge of honor when you cycle 5 rounds without the aid of a 2x4.
After a long day the range you relax by watching "Red Dawn". After a long day at the range you relax by watching "Blackhawk Down". After a long day at the range you relax by visiting the chiropractor.
After cleaning your rifle you have a strong urge for a stiff shot of Vodka. After cleaning your rifle you have a strong urge for hotdogs and apple pie. After cleaning your rifle you have a strong urge for shishkabob.
You can accessorize you rifle with a new muzzle brake or a nice stock set. Your rifle's accessories are eight times more valuable than your rifle. Your rifle's accessory is a small tin can with a funny lid, but it's buried under an apartment building somewhere in Budapest.
Your rifle's finish is varnish and paint. Your rifle's finish is Teflon and high tech polymers. Your rifle's finish is low grade shellac, cosmoline and Olga's toe nails.
Your wife tolerates your autographed framed picture of Mikhail Kalashnikov. Your wife tolerates your autographed framed picture of Eugene Stoner. You're not sure there WERE cameras to photograph Sergei Mosin.
Late at night you sometimes have to fight the urge to hold your rifle over your head and shout "Wolverines!" Late at night you sometimes have to fight the urge to clear your house, slicing the pie from room to room. Late at night, you sometimes have to fight the urge to dig a fighting trench in the the yard to sleep in.
There you have it.  In the end, it is clear to any open minded inquirer that the Mosin Nagant is the most superior weapon of all time, but the AR and the AK come out as a draw when compared side by side.

Monday Music "She's a beauty" by the Tubes

I have been very busy this past weekend, I will post more details probably tomorrow if not Tomorrow, then Thursday for sure.  I should call this "Tuesday Music" as my luck has been that way.  but Monday seems to sing better.  Well anyway, I remembered this video making the circuits on MTV, and I liked it, probably something about the girls I am sure.  I haven't seen the video in a long time...until I pulled it up on youtube for this post....

"She's a Beauty" is a song by American rock band The Tubes. Released in 1983 on The Tubes' album Outside Inside from Capitol Records, the song became the band's biggest hit. It went to number 10 on the Billboard U.S. Hot 100 list, and number 1 on the Billboard U.S. Mainstream Rock Tracks list which charts the frequency of songs played on mainstream rock stations.

The popularity of "She's a Beauty" was largely driven by a narrative music video  that became a staple of then-fledgling MTV. This video was directed by Kenny Ortega, also the choreographer of The Tubes' stage shows. Ortega achieved greater success choreographing movies such as Dirty Dancing and Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and as a director with High School Musical and its sequels.
In the video, The Tubes' lead singer Fee Waybill plays a carnival barker who extols a crowd with the virtues of a sideshow attraction:
Step right up and don't be shy
Because you will not believe your eyes
She's right here, behind the glass
And you're gonna like her
'Cause she's got class.
He takes money from a young boy who then rides a carnival car through hallucinogenic scenes of a mermaid, female trapeze artist, prehistoric women dressed in furs, and others. The recurring theme is that he is attracted but is unable to reach them. At the end of the video we see the boy exiting the ride aged to an old man, the message apparently being the financial and emotional cost of falling in love with but being unable to obtain his heart's desire.
The role of the young boy was the first acting job for 13-year-old Robert Arquette, who later became Alexis Arquette

Things about NCIS(TV) that ain't common knowledge...

One of my favorite shows is NCIS and I have been a fan almost since its inception.  I have used several of Gibbs Rules and listening to "Your Gut".   I am wanting to post political stuff but I decided to pass and stick to humorous stuff.  I am suffering from political burnout, it doesn't help that I am on dayshift and working on 12 hour shifts.   It is temporary thing so I will roll with it.   I saw a link on this while surfing "Drudge".

For 13 seasons, NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) has dominated as one of the most popular action police procedural series on TV in an ever-growing genre. Since beginning in 2003, it has become a ratings darling and has spawned two spin-offs which are gaining their own fanbases thanks to the popularity of the original show. A lot goes into a series of its size, and the cast becomes like family after spending so much time together. Check out 10 things you never knew about NCIS:

10. Playing Themselves

It is always important for actors and actresses to be convincing when playing a character, and that is always easier when they can really connect with the character they portray. As a result, NCIS uses a lot of the actor’s own histories and qualities for that of the characters. For example, Pauley Perrette, who plays Abby, really did graduate from college with a degree in Forensics, and was born in New Orleans, just as Abby was. Producers have said many times that many of Abby’s qualities, interests and personality are really just Perrette “playing herself.” Meanwhile, Michael Weatherly, who plays Tony DiNozzo, was was disinherited from his family’s fortune just like his character. Apparently his dad didn’t like that he was going to pursue an acting career!

9. Casting

Although NCIS has a fantastic cast, they could have had one more big name on their list. According to reports ,Jennifer Aniston was interested in the role of Kate, but in order for Aniston to be a part of the show, production on NCIS would have to had wait until she had finished filming the final season of Friends and they decided not to postpone their schedule. As well, when the series first started being put together, Harrison Ford was in a quiet time in his career and was urged to pursue the role of Gibbs, but he chose not to, so the role went to Mark Harmon instead. Subsequently, Harrison Ford and his film Air Force One were name-dropped in the first episode by Gibbs.

8. Name Debacle

With many police procedural shows already going by acrononyms, such as CSI, it would be easy enough to have called NCIS just that. Instead, before the launch of the first season, the show was titled, Naval CIS, and then when it aired it was under the name Navy NCIS which stuck for the entire first season. Eventually CBS decided it was too redundant as the N stands for Naval anyway.

7. In The Family

In some episodes, there are shots of flashbacks featuring a young Gibbs played by Mark Harmon, and in order to make sure they actually looked similar, the younger version is portrayed by Mark Harmon’s real son, Sean. Meanwhile, Troian Bellisario, who plays Sarah McGee, is the daughter of NCIS producer and creator Don Bellisario, and his son Michael Bellisario took on the role of Charles “Chip” Sterling.

6. Making Records

Surprisingly, at first, ratings for NCIS were relatively low, and in the first four seasons, they rarely even made the Top 30, but things changed drastically in season six. That season it became a Top 5 hit in the ratings and has never fallen out of the top 5 since. In fact, by 2011, it was voted America’s favorite television show and at the end of its tenth season it was the most watched TV series in the U.S. from 2012-2013.

5.  The Birthday Party

Back in 2005, the set turned into a giant birthday party for Mark Harmon’s 54th birthday. He specifically asked that a big deal was not made out of his big day, so of course the exact opposite happened. Lauren Holly was new to the cast and was always on the receiving end of Harmon’s practical jokes, so she teamed up with Michael Weatherly to make Harmon’s birthday huge. She ordered 150 t-shirts reading “It’s Mark Harmon’s Birthday” and passed them out to the entire crew. After Harmon had gone home, they covered his trailer with decorations, balloons and pinatas. When Harmon got to set the next day seeing everyone wearing matching shirts and holding signs, he thought there had been a strike.

4. Crew Changes

Back in May of 2007, at the end of season four, reports stated that creator Donald Bellisario was stepping down from the show. Quickly after it was reported that the reason was because of disagreements with star Mark Harmon. As a result, his role as showrunner/head writer was delegated to a group of long time collaborators on the show. Later, Gary Glasberg was added as the series showrunner because Shane Breennan had to focus on the new spin-off, NCIS: Los Angeles. In April 2016, the show’s long-time director revealed he had directed his final episode of NCIS, but did not specify which episode it is.

3. Lawsuit

Speaking of NCIS: Los Angeles, it didn’t take long after Shane Brennan created the show and began to put it together before he ran into trouble. In April 2011, Don Bellisario sued CBS over NCIS: Los Angeles. His suit was because of a contract he had with CBS which gave him the “first opportunity” to develop a spin-off or sequel as the initial creator of NCIS. By June 2012, the lawsuit was dismissed while discussions between CBS and Bellisario continued, and settled their dispute without releasing the terms.

2. Sasha Alexander

Sasha Alexander starred on NCIS as Caitlin Todd for the first two seasons and then went to a recurring role for seasons 3, 8, 9, and 12, and fans were very upset by her exit. While rumors indicated she had been fired, it was later discovered that she was the one who wanted to leave the show. According to Alexander, filming the series was especially exhausting, and she couldn’t handle it anymore. After her exit, Don Bellisario revealed he had intended to build on Tony and Kate’s relationship, which fans really wanted.

1. TV Flare

Despite trying to portray realistic characters and situations, as with every TV show, some things have to be a bit more glamorous. For example, the Dodge Chargers that the Navy Department agents use are a color called Deep Water Blue. As it turns out, this is a special color which costs hundreds of dollars more than a normal black or white car that most federal agencies actually use.

Monday Music "Give it up" by KC and the Sunshine Band

I have been working the OT again, the powers that be wanted me to go to Day-shift for the next 3 weeks for a special project....ehhh on Day-shift.   I much prefer Night-shift.    I decided to roll with some KC and the sunshine band,  The band hit it really big in the late 70's.  I still have a couple of their albums on vinyl in my record collection.  I tell people that I still like Disco but I like 80's music more :)

"Give It Up" was a hit song for KC and the Sunshine Band, although it was simply credited as KC in many countries, including the US. Following the backlash against many disco artists on the charts at the beginning of the 1980s, the song was a comeback hit for the act in the US, where it peaked at No. 18 on the Billboard Hot 100 in March 1984. The song had been an even bigger hit in the UK several months earlier, where it had hit No. 1 for three weeks in August 1983. It went on to become the 18th best-selling single of the year in the UK. It was the last of the act's hits in the US and UK, and the most successful of its 10 UK hits.

Here is the Music Video for the song, it was released in 1984.

I couldn't find out any information about the Music video.   Although it did get a lot of airtime on MTV.

Possible results of forthcoming election....

I have been busy with work the past few days and haven't had time to post anything.   I read this several days ago taking a break working on the airplane, it resonated something with me so I decided to copy and paste it on my blog.  I don't agree with all his assertions but he did bring a lot of salient points.   I truly fear for the survival of my country and the possible future my son will inherit.   I do know that things are rapidly coming to a boil, people are really pissed and in the past, the voting was a safety valve, but the next election is soo polarizing people will not back down.  I know that the people supporting Trump are tired of backing down again and again and they feel that they are against the wall.  The forces of the left has pushed far past the breaking point the  3rd Newton law of motion will come into play...

For every action there is an equal and opposite re-action.

What does this mean?

This means that for every force there is a reaction force that is equal in size, but opposite in direction. That is to say that whenever an object pushes another object it gets pushed back in the opposite direction equally hard.

I wonder how long before the pushback happens.....I really don't want a civil war in this country but e have been soo polarized the past 8 years, I don't know if this is be design of Obama and Alensky and the other radicals.   They have forgotten that we the "dirt people" also have a say and they will not like it.

*The pics are from my stash * except the first one....It is from the article.
Social chaos
(NaturalNews) The clock is ticking for America. There are 70 days remaining until the presidential election, and after the results are counted, America will be a tinderbox ready to explode no matter who wins.

What follows is an educated analysis of the political friction now escalating in America. Note carefully that nothing in this article should be construed as any intention to call for violence of any kind. I do reference such acts, however, as part of human history as well as likely outcomes in our near future. What I'm offering here is an analysis and a warning, along with a call to prepare for what's coming.

If Trump wins, the left goes full terror

As I've publicly predicted numerous times over the last year, if Donald Trump wins, the radical extreme leftists go on a violent rampage that leads to the rest of us begging for martial law. After half a dozen cities burn with riots and looting, Trump invokes a national emergency, deploying National Guard troops across the most devastated urban areas, and the radical left finds itself in a shooting war with the government.

If Hillary Clinton wins, all the Trump supporters who have been violently assaulted, spat upon and physically attacked by the radical left un-holster their concealed weapons and start shooting back. This quickly escalates into open warfare between lunatic leftist Hillary supporters and armed Trump "Second Amendment" people who basically figure they've got nothing left to lose anyway, so why not fight to save America?

This was all pointed out in an insightful reader comment posted to The Burning Platform on August 29th:

With the rise of Donald Trump, the plan of the political elites has been to provoke violence and blame it on him, thus scaring the normal populace. Early-on there were the road-blockings, the threatened riots, the cancelled events in Chicago and Cincinnati, the beatings, the police ordered to "look the other way"…and it has continued: The screaming harassment and physical attacks on Trump supporters as they leave his rallies. The spitting. The intimidation. The thrown eggs. The shoves and punches. The cars blocked and damaged. The hats snatched off people's heads, stomped on, and then burned on the ground...

The people who support Trump are increasingly well-armed, and increasingly seething with justifiable rage. For now they hold back. Donald Trump himself has repeatedly observed that "the safest place in America" for anti-Trump protesters is at Trump rallies. And that is true. For now (except for the one old cowboy who punched out the protester, he was an octogenarian outlier). Why is this? Why the docility in the face of clear provocation?

It is because Trump supporters understand that any retaliatory violence now will be instantly, widely, and incessantly portrayed by the whorish mainstream media as proof that "Trump is dangerous" and "Trump's movement is violent" and "Trump invites violence." So his supporters endure the abuse. They endure the spittle. They endure the shoves and punches. They endure the theft of their possessions. They endure the damaged cars and the incessant harassment. For now, for the sake of their political movement and the candidacy of Donald Trump, they do not strike back...

But what happens after the election? It matters not who wins. If Hillary Clinton is elected, by hook or by crook, the mass movement harnessed by Donald Trump will be free to respond to physical attacks. If Donald Trump wins the Presidency, there will similarly be no reason to continue to endure physical attacks and humiliations by the street thugs of the Democrats. Whether Trump or Hillary Clinton is in the White House, there will be no reason to hold back.

Hundreds of millions of guns across America are now in the hands of people who are fed up with being stomped on, ridiculed and marginalized by a corrupt leftist regime that's destroying America

Do the math on this one: You've got 44% of U.S. households that now own guns (and not just one gun each, but several different types of guns). Over the last 8 years, President Obama's anti-gun rhetoric has resulted in the largest surge of gun sales to private citizens ever recorded in American history. As a result of Obama's criminal efforts to try to destroy the Second Amendment via false flag operations such as Operation Fast and Furious, more Americans than ever now own battle rifles such as ARs, AKs and PTR 91s.

People bought all these guns for a reason. And they sure didn't buy them just to turn them over to a corrupt criminal government.

The reader comment continues:

Whatever happens after this Presidential election, it will have been unleashed by the corporate elites and their servants in the media and elsewhere. They will be responsible for blood in the streets... And many will cheer it.

What the author is saying is, essentially, America is quite likely just 70 days away from the start of the next revolution... or even events that could escalate into Civil War.

A Hillary victory would set off an immediate popular revolt

If Hillary wins the election, it's hard not to imagine some sort of popular revolt across America as the citizens reject the obvious criminality and corruption of not just the Clinton crime family but also a complicit mainstream media. The same media that has funneled millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation also intentionally downplays all the Clinton scandals. The entire system is a corrupt, incestuous, rigged f--kfest that benefits the deceitful plutocrats whom the voters are sick and tired of seeing remain in power.

As world history teaches us, it would only take a tiny fraction of the American people marching on Washington to overthrow the corrupt regime and install a new interim government while arresting the mainstream journalists and calling for new, open elections. So much of America is already at the breaking point now that such a move would very likely enjoy widespread support from the population at large.

Such actions are far more common than you might suspect in other countries around the world. When the masses reach their limit on corruption and criminality at the highest levels of government, history has shown they frequently march on the capitol, arrest the traitors, and install new officials to run the government. Sometimes, these people end up being dictators or tyrants who make things worse, so such actions should never be taken lightly. Revolt should only be the very last, reluctant option after every legal, democratic method of restoring the law has been attempted and denied.

If any of this sounds surprising to you, you probably need to study world history and read about the French Revolution, the Bolivar campaign across South America, the Fidel Castro takeover of Cuba, the CIA-instigated revolutions of Central and South American nations, the Cultural Revolution of China, and of course the American Revolution. If you don't know anything about history, then you have no clue how history reliably repeats itself as human populations re-experience the same tyrannies, the same political deceptions and the same inner call for freedom that our ancestors already lived through (or died for).

There's nothing new under the sun... everything we are about to experience has happened before. (And the Clintons are nothing new, either. They're the same old corrupt crony tyrants and sleaze peddlers we've always seen seeking power to rule over others.)

If Trump wins, the globalist banksters crash the debt bubble to unleash mass chaos

Now let's shift gears and explore what happens if Trump wins the election. The day after the election results show Trump to be the clear winner, radical leftists break out into mass protests across America. But Obama is still in power at this point, and Trump won't actually occupy the White House until early 2017. So for the remainder of 2016, Obama will open the borders wide open and even encourage as many illegals as possible to invade the USA in a final "mad dash" to the USA.

Very soon after Trump takes office, the globalist criminal bankers will deliberately crash the global debt bubble so they can blame it all on Trump. Supported by the lying, wholly dishonest propaganda media (CNN, WashPost, NY Times, etc.), global info-terrorists like George Soros will call for Trump's impeachment.

Trump, in turn, will likely call upon "Second Amendment people" to defend America against the globalist attempts to bring it down and destroy his presidency. This situation quickly escalates into a variety of skirmishes across America, which might include many events that could seem unimaginable today: Armed patriots taking over mainstream media broadcast centers, leftist terrorists bombing federal buildings, a rash of sudden "suicides" of high-level Trump loyalists, organized gang assaults on local police stations, the United Nations unleashing "blue helmet" troops on U.S. soil, a "surge invasion" of illegal aliens from Mexico during a time of national vulnerability, international cyber attacks on America's power grid infrastructure, and even widespread calls for states like Texas to secede from the union.

Once the globalists declare open warfare against the Trump administration, all bets are off and anything could unfold over the next few years. Expect things to get very nasty, very desperate and incredibly violent. Life as you know it in America is about to be disrupted in a serious way.

By the way, I also predict that Edward Snowden, Julian Assange and Anonymous will all play key roles in these unfolding events, exposing mind-blowing government secrets that spur populations across many western nations into escalating their action against the corrupt government regimes they've foolishly allowed to rule over them. Much of the real war taking place across our globe right now is a cyber war... a "war of secrets" where the hackers and cyber activists are increasingly exposing all the corruption and criminality of governments, which maintain their power by constantly lying to the public and withholding the truth.

The political establishment as we know it today will not survive intact

When it's all said and done, if Trump wins the presidency, the political establishment as we know it today will be obliterated on multiple levels. For starters, the people have already lost faith in the establishment system, and if things escalate, it's not difficult to envision a near future where Hillary Clinton is imprisoned while people like Huma, Lynch and Eric Holder are tried for treason.

Even if Clinton does win the election and occupy the White House, the global end game is fast approaching anyway. A Clinton White House only further encourages the calls for revolt across the population, and Hillary's deep corruption and criminality is so despised by nearly all soldiers and police officers that it's hard to imagine her being able to demand respect from either of those groups. In fact, it's a lot easier to imagine a military coup against President Clinton that it is to imagine a successful eradication of the Second Amendment by her presidency. Even if Clinton ordered police across America to go door to door and confiscate all the firearms of private citizens, what cop would be stupid enough to even attempt such a suicide mission?

I can't overstate this point: Things are at a breaking point in America, and the only thing holding back a mass revolt right now is the looming election, which presents at least a glimmer of hope to the people of America that they might beat back tyranny and government oppression with a Trump victory. If that possibility is taken from them -- either by the election being stolen at the ballot box or already pre-stolen by outrageously biased media deceptions -- many of them will conclude that they really have no remaining option other than "refreshing the Tree of Liberty with the blood of patriots and tyrants", to quote Jefferson.

America has nearly reached the fulcrum of rebellion

"We Are at a Point Where the Encroachment of Government Power Has Historically Resulted in Rebellion," explains this article at The Daily Sheeple (originally from ZeroHedge).

What Washington elites utterly fail to realize is that for many Americans, they have nothing else left to lose if they lose this election. They've already lost their job and their health coverage. In many places across America, they're losing their own national flag and national pride. They've been ridiculed, condemned and spat upon by the dishonest media and the crybully leftist f--ktards, and they realize full well that if they don't draw a line in the sand right here, right now, they're going to be disarmed, enslaved, impoverished and named "enemies of the state" in the very same country they once fought for (and pledged allegiance to).

The psyche of real America has reached its last straw. With the culture under attack, the Constitution demonized, religious beliefs targeted for merciless condemnation and the industrial base of America utterly gutted beyond restoration, there is nothing left to surrender to the demands of the tyrannical left. It is at that breaking point where, in the minds of many citizens throughout history, they pick up pitch forks and march en masse against the oppressors in power.

We are very, very close to that day in America. It may, in fact, unravel in just the next 100 days. No matter who wins this election, mass violence breaks out across America in one way or another.

Never hope for Civil War... be careful what you ask for

Remember: Civil War would be a disaster for America, which is one reason why globalists like George Soros are pushing so hard for it. We should never wish for open bloodshed and nationwide chaos.

As one voice of reason commented on The Burning Platform page:

The last civil war was disastrous for the US – not just in lives and destruction of property, but in turning what had been a truly positive political structure instantly into something much more corrupt. I see no reason to think that another civil war won't do the same.

Yes, we are being pushed towards another civil war quite deliberately. Resist the push. Figure out the real problem and go after it. I do not know exactly what the problem is, but it certainly seems to be a small group of fantastically wealthy and evil people who are using the rest of us like a sociopathic 10-year-old might fry ants. These people need to be identified and blocked from power. Soros seems to be a prominent person among them, but the various other usual suspects seem likely to be the problem as well.

Questions to ask yourself in all this

How will you feed yourself if social chaos halts food deliveries to your local grocers?

Do you possess a means of self-defense that does not depend on dialing 911 and praying somebody shows up to save you?

Do you live within walking distance of the inner cities? If so, prepare to be overrun by raging, violent, angry extremists who respect no law and actually murder police every chance they get.

Do you depend on financial payments from the federal government? How would you survive if those payments stop coming?

If you own firearms, do you know how to use them effectively and safely? When was the last time you practiced with them, or cleaned them? Do you have spare parts? Ammo? Cleaning supplies? When was the last time you checked the battery on your red dot sight?

Monday Music "The Brothers Johnson" with "Strawberry Letter 23" and "Stomp"

I have had a busy Week, I went to camp....again but My kindle was loaded with a couple of books..
Please buy your own copy if you haven't already.   This is the 4th installment of the "gray man" series...I bought the first one because my blogbuddy Jim decided to publish a book and I bought it out of loyalty...I bought the next 3 because of the quality of the writings.  I view the characters as "old Friends" and you see how people of character handle adversity and challenges and the bond that binds them.  Very good writing.   You can buy your own copy either kindle or "dead Tree" from this Site
We also had a memorial service at camp for the 9-11 attacks.   It was somber, but there are kids now that have no memory of the events except as "history".

It is up to us to remind the "younger generation" of the events that have transpired and not to forget.

I heard the "Brothers Johnson" on my 70's on Sirius XM, I always liked the old school R&B, there is a cool groove to the music.  I would jam on it on a long road trip, this music is something to dance to.

"Strawberry Letter 23" is a song written and composed by Shuggie Otis, and best known by the version recorded by The Brothers Johnson, which Quincy Jones produced. Otis recorded it for his 1971 album Freedom Flight.

George Johnson, of the Brothers Johnson, was dating one of Otis's cousins when he came across the album Freedom Flight. The group recorded "Strawberry Letter 23" for their 1977 album Right on Time, which was produced by Quincy Jones, and the album went platinum. They recorded the song in a funkier, more dance-oriented vein than the original Otis version. Their rendition hit the Billboard Hot 100 and peaked at number five and reached number one on the Soul Singles chart in 1977.[1] Studio guitar player Lee Ritenour recreated Otis's original guitar solo for the Brothers Johnson cover. The 12" single was pressed on red strawberry-scented vinyl

Guitarist/vocalist George and bassist/vocalist Louis formed the band Johnson Three Plus One with older brother Tommy and their cousin Alex Weir while attending school in Los Angeles, California.[1][2] When they became professionals, the band backed such touring R&B acts as Bobby Womack and the Supremes. George and Louis Johnson later joined Billy Preston's band and wrote Music in My Life and The Kids and Me for him before leaving his group in 1973. In 1976, The Brothers covered the Beatles' song, Hey Jude, for the ephemeral musical documentary All This and World War II.
Quincy Jones hired them to play on his LP Mellow Madness, and recorded four of their songs, including Is It Love That We're Missing? and Just a Taste of Me.
After touring with various artists including Bobby Womack and Billy Preston, they were hired by Quincy Jones for a tour in Japan and produced their debut album Look Out For #1, released in March 1976 (#9 US) Their Right on Time album was released in May 1977 and reached number 13 on the Billboard Hot 200. Blam!! came out in August 1978 and reached number 7 on the Billboard 200.
Two of the duo's songs were featured on the soundtrack of the 1976 film Mother, Jugs & Speed. The instrumental track Thunder Thumbs and Lightnin' Licks refers to the brothers' nicknames. Get the Funk Out Ma Face was cowritten with Quincy Jones.
Their popular album Light Up The Night was released in March 1980 and rose to #5 on the Billboard 200. It was number 46 on the "Top 100 LPs of 1980" list in Rolling Stone Magazine. The brothers self-produced the subsequent album, Winners; released in July 1981, it only reached #48 on the Billboard 200.

Among their most popular songs are I'll Be Good to You (Billboard Hot 100 #3 in 1976), Strawberry Letter 23 (Hot 100 #5 in 1977, originally recorded by Shuggie Otis), Ain't We Funkin' Now (1978), and Stomp! (Hot 100 #7 and Hot Dance Music/Club Play #1 in 1980). Their styles include funk, and R&B ballads. Each album also included at least one instrumental cut that would either be considered lite jazz (Tomorrow 1976, Q 1977, Smilin' On Ya 1980, Tokyo 1984) or Funk (Thunder Thumbs &Lightning Licks 1976, Brother Man 1976, Mista Cool 1978, Celebrations 1980).

The Democrats will never confiscate your guns...............

I saw this earlier in the week while I was reading some of my email.  This is from alloutdoors.com
This is some serious food for thought.  The idea that the government will seize our assets or take our kids to force compliance in the new diktats from the state.  it is food for though on what might happen of Hillary gets elected.  I do have a feeling with her personality, she will force a confrontation with the "bitter clingers" as an ego trip to prove her superiority.

The article is compliments of "alloutdoors" as food for thought and the pics are compliments of google and my stash of pics on my laptop.

Police Troops at Ferguson
(BBC News)
I see and hear a lot of talk about how a national gun registration and/or confiscation would be the trigger that would spark a second American Revolution, as patriots rise up to resist the jackbooted thugs who are going door-to-door taking away people’s arms.
I have bad news for everyone who’s waiting for national registration or a mass confiscation so they can get their armed rebellion on: a national database of gun owners already exists, and a national confiscation effort will never happen. Ever. Instead, you’ll hand over your firearms peacefully. All of them, even the ones you paid cash for to some random guy on Armslist in the dead of night.

Here’s a look at how it will play out in our not-too-distant future, The NSA Knows Who You Are and What You HaveSecond Amendment supporters have been so focused on this one little corner of the Bill of Rights that they’ve let the Fourth Amendment, which is supposed to protect citizens against unreasonable search and seizure, turn into dead letter.
The surveillance state that got started under Clinton picked up steam under Bush II, and Obama has expanded it even further. The NSA is tracking everyone, all the time, and they’re hooked into Facebook, Google, Amazon, and every other piece of web-based software that you’ve been using to shop for accessories for that AR you paid cash for (which your wife doesn’t even know you have).

If you don’t believe me, go read this article about just how much detailed info one private company, Facebook, has on you, including your web surfing, shopping, and even your driving and walking habits. Now think about the fact that the NSA is even less constrained by the law (and has way more resources) than Facebook and has access not only to Facebook’s detailed profile of you but to profiles created by many other sources, from your credit card company to your health insurance provider.
Oh sure, you may have gotten your hands on a few guns that would be impossible to trace, even by the NSA. Maybe you inherited a long gun from your grandpa, or maybe you met a guy in a gun show parking lot and paid cash and then never Googled anything related to that gun. So here’s a question for you: how many people like you exist, and how many of those type guns are suitable for urban combat against AR-15s with state-of-the-art optics? I know which of my guns are probably totally “in the black,” and I can’t imagine trying to mount an insurgency with any or all of them.

The fact is, most guys who have the kind of hardware suitable for a Civil War 2.0 have been shopping on Gunbroker or Armslist, and/or have filled out FFL paperwork like law-abiding citizens. I seriously doubt there’s enough firepower totally hidden from the NSA to sustain any kind of real rebellion.
So the registration ship has sailed. They know what you have and where to find you. Now, here’s how they’re going to get you to turn it over without a fight.

Hitting You Where It Hurts

When the government outlaws semi-automatic firearms, they won’t send cops or troops door-to-door to take them. No, first they’ll send out letters saying they know what you have, and that you have to turn it over by a given deadline or face a penalty.
It’ll be up to you to prove that you’re clean, and that you’ve handed over everything. They’ll have a list, and if they think you’re still holding, they’ll hit you with asset freezes.
Imagine not being able to get any money out of your bank account or from your credit cards, because your assets are frozen. The federal and state governments already do this if you owe back taxes–a simple letter to your bank, and all of your cards stop working. (Here’s an account from one of our editors of how this actually happened to him.) The bank doesn’t care about you, and they don’t have the interest or resources to find out if the government’s claim against you is bogus. No, they’ll just freeze your assets until you get things sorted with the government and the government tells them to unfreeze it all.
The other thing they’ll do is take your children.
Do you think Child Protective Services is going to let your children live in a house with potentially dangerous firearms? No way. Your kids will get picked up at school and taken into custody, and a social worker will show up at your door with the cops. Only when a thorough search has been conducted and the authorities are completely satisfied that your property is 100% gun-free will they let you see your little ones again. After all, we have to protect the children.

You’re not going to shoot at those cops, either, because then your kids will just end up in the foster system as wards of the state.

Not Nearly Enough for a Revolution

Oh, I’m sure there are folks reading this who are so off-grid that none of the above can touch them. Their guns are totally invisible to the NSA, their assets are all in the form of cash and physically held precious metals, and their kids are home-schooled on a well-guarded ranch.
But is that blessed group big enough to overthrow a determined US government? No, it ain’t.
The measures outlined above–a de facto gun registration database courtesy of the NSA and its private-sector allies, asset freezes for non-compliance, and the threat of CPS visits that hold your children hostage–will be sufficient to take well over 90% of the lawfully held guns out of civilian hands, all without firing a single shot.
The bitter truth is this: there will be no confiscation shock troops for you and your buddies to shoot back at, and we will discover too late that the rights-defenders’ fantasy–of one, crystal-clear moment when it’s time for everyone to rise up as one and take it all back–has been the establishment’s biggest ally and freedom’s deadliest enemy.
Why do you think they’ve let you have guns for this long? Because those guns have given you a false sense of security and kept you from doing something truly dangerous, like mass-organizing to pull all your money out of the big banks and to vote out the incumbents.
So if you’ve sat idly by, fondling your firearms and watching the surveillance state expand while your paycheck shrinks, relying on your gun stash to bail you out when things hit bottom, then the joke’s on you. You’ve already lost the war, and when you hand over your weapons it’ll be the last (and mostly symbolic) step in a process of total subjugation that slipped up and swallowed you while you were distracted with building your gun collection.
You may hate me and everything I’ve said here, but deep down, you know I’m right.
Update: A number of commentators are misreading this article. The headline doesn’t say I’ll hand them them over — it says you will. And yeah, I’m trolling you a bit with the tone of this piece by saying what you “will” and “won’t” do, but it’s because I’m trying to slap you awake. The main point that’s being made is this: if you’re waiting for a door-to-door confiscation, or even a national gun registry, then you’ll be waiting forever. Folks who like to talk about a causus belli will need get more creative in coming up with a “bright line”, because the ones so many of you are waiting for won’t ever appear. If this article has spurred you to think more clearly about what the end of liberty might actually look like, and about what you’ll do under scenarios other than the classic door-to-door confiscation scenario, then it has done its job.

Range time....:)

I got my days mixed up.  Well Monday Morning I headed to camp to meet Mac, My brother needed his  Rifle and pistol Qualifications signed off by an NRA Instructor so he could carry outside the wire so to speak when he returned to A-Stan.  Mac being both Pistol and Rifle qualified got my brother signed off.  After that we still had a bit of time so I broke out some rifles.
I decided to run my AR as "old School" today so I put her in the original configuration....Did I say I like the modular properties of the AR pattern rifles.  This was the configuration my AR had when I bought her back in 1991.
Here is my son shooting my Enfield 303

I also brought both of my Enfields and my Springfield 03A3, but no pic of the Springfield, I kinda forgot....

Here is Mac shooting my 308 Enfield

My Son shooting my AR "Old School"

Mac shooting my "Old School AR"

Here is the mess we had on the table, I was trying out some "Monarch" ammo, the house brand from Academy.  My AR ain't fussy, she will ingest most any ammo except "Tula Arms"   For some reason that ammo don't run good.  I was trying some steel cased ammo, that had the lacquer and Polymer coated.
That ammo shot well and I had no problems running it through my AR.  I will buy more to add to my TEOTWAWKI stack.   Again I want to say "thanks to Mac" for being kind enough to take some time out of his "off day" to help my brother get requalified.
