27 nations considering retaliations against the EU for carbon emission trading scheme

EU is provoking a trade war to support junk science.  The only people that make money on carbon trading scheme are politicians that have a vested interest in global warming, or global cooling.   Is it climate change?
or what ever the new word is that Al Gore will get rich off of.

India, China and the U.S. will be among at least 27 nations that will discuss retaliatory steps against the European Union’s Emissions Trading Scheme, which requires airlines using airports in the EU to purchase carbon emissions permits, according to Bloomberg.
Several countries will consider retaliatory steps at a two-day meeting in Moscow, starting Feb. 21, including discussions surrounding new taxes and charges on European airlines and the re-opening of bilateral treaties governing flight rights, the story said.
The Moscow meeting follows a statement adopted in November by the United Nations’ International Civil Aviation Organization calling on the EU to exempt overseas airlines from the ETS, which is designed to curb pollution.
Under the law, which took effect Jan. l, airlines are required to monitor and report their emissions on all flights into and out of Europe each year, and purchase carbon permits to cover their emissions.
China has banned its national carriers from participating without its permission.
