Who Said it?

got this from Boortz

Considering Barack Obama’s campaign to increase taxes and grow the size of our government, I want you to consider the following quote.  Do you think you can name the author?
"Taxes are the source of life for the bureaucracy [and] for the whole apparatus of executive power. Strong government and heavy taxes are identical." These taxes, "rob [the peasant's] industry of its last resources and aid and complete his powerlessness to resist pauperism." For the taxpaying class, "strong and unlimited government ... has become a vampire that sucks out its blood and marrow."

  1. I said in my post yesterday that Obummer needs to come out of the Communist Closet to help his election chances...why not...http://thescottcarpdream.blogspot.com/2011/09/baracks-bad-marketing.html

  2. If, as Scott said, O comes out of the closet, everything would make sense. The entire goal is to bring America to its knees and then rebuild it as a Socialist/Communist nation. The way he (O) looks right now, is inept, when in actuality, he is fulfilling his agenda - defeat and devastation at any cost, and he is being VERY successful. It is the reluctance of Bill O'R and others to publicly call the troll a Socialist with an agenda that's holding it up. Glenn Beck has already been there and done that, but no one is willing to come right out and confirm his statements and/or suspicions.
This will only get worse, and then be swept under the rug after November 30th.
I think that it is time for us to start personal phone lists. I know, it sounds so weird, but if the FCC decides, for our own good, to shut us down, we will at least have a way to communicate, if we so choose. This sounds so Orwellian and over the top. Sorry. Must be my coffee this morning.
