Well the old hippies and basement dwellers are at it again

 Shamelessly clipped this off farcebook,  I am "out of town" again.   I am posting this off my kinda smart phone.

Saturday October 18th. The day of the Blue Haired and Grey Haired across America! 

Another day when the blue haired and grey haired meet on sidewalks and blocking streets and handing over loads of overtime to cops across America, just in time for Christmas! 

Protests are meant to be the voices of the unheard. Yet these protests are the voices of those who just never shut up. Not for one second! It’s ok. It’s their right and we support their right to protest! 

Much of today’s crowd has to break out their walkers, canes and get permission to leave their care homes to stand for a few hours and voice their opinions. Some others will crack open their packages of blue and pink hair dye and hold a sign, of which they cannot understand or comprehend what it means! 

What are their “No Kings” protests anyway? Who knows? They cant really explain it themselves. What have they been since 2016? What are they trying to say? We have not had a “king” since 1776, unless of course, you count California’s Governor Newsom, who is desperately trying to become one. 

I’m reminded of a period about 5 years ago when we were ordered to wear masks, walk one way in grocery store aisles, prevented from seeing family members in care homes, forced to take an experimental shot and fired if we didn’t. Anyhoo, we were talking about “Kings.” 

Today, we don’t salute you, Mister and Miss Protester, whether or not you were paid to be there, just wanting to hang out with some like minded people, get out of your care homes or parent’s basement! It’s your right, be safe, don’t assault people, burn things or take things which don’t belong to you!
