Obungler's propaganda minister Jay Carney has not told us what OUR problem was with Obungler's statement earlier this week that it was “unprecedented” for the Supreme Court, “an unelected group of people,” to overturn an act passed by a “strong majority” of the congress. Now we know, thanks to Minister

Legal Short hand.......Yeah that is it.
How stupid of us.
Obungler's propaganda minister Jay Carney has not told us what OUR problem was with Obungler's statement earlier this week that it was “unprecedented” for the Supreme Court, “an unelected group of people,” to overturn an act passed by a “strong majority” of the congress. Now we know, thanks to MinisterGoebbels Carney, that Obungler was talking in some short of a “legal shorthand” that is only clearly understandable to law professors and other elitist such as himself. In other words --- the rest of us were just too stupid to understand what Obungler was really saying, and we should all be so very ashamed.
